With a contract out for lot 18, we are excited to announce that lot 08/09 remains the last available lot at Hudson Woods. Only 3 years after launch, more than half of the homes are now completed with the other half in various stages of construction.

It is finally the time of year to get back outside and into nature in the Hudson Valley. Summer is an ideal time to get out of the city heat and explore mountain trails. Architect Drew Lang will hold an open house this Sunday, October 30th from 12-2 PM at the model house. Come by to see the progress on-site. If you are planning a post memorial day weekend escape this Summer, the historic Catskill Mountain House site, is a great destination. Located near the North-South Lake campground in the Catskill Forest Preserve it is less than 40 miles north of Hudson Woods, just past the scenic Ashokan Reservoir. The escarpment on which the lakes are located is at 2,250 feet above the valley floor, providing a view of five states in clear weather. Located a short hike from the North-South campground is the site of the Catskills Mountain House, a former hotel opened in 1842.

After a busy winter season, there are only 8 lots still available at Hudson Woods. Eighteen of the lots have been sold (approximately 70% of the lots). Many people inquired this winter about recommencement of our open houses. We are pleased to announce our first open house this Spring will take place on Sunday April 10th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Architect, Drew Lang, will be hosting visitors at the model house and answering questions about getting started on a Hudson Woods home. We hope you can make it.

A friendly reminder that we are holding an open house this Sunday hosted by Architect, Drew Lang. Small batch local hot chocolate will be served by our friends from Fruition Chocolate along with homemade marshmallows. We will also have Glogg, a spiced red wine of Nordic Origin and wine from our friends at Kingston Wine Co.

As many of you may know, this past Saturday we hosted our launch party at Hudson Woods. We were highly excited by the turn out and wanted to send a big thank you to everyone who came out for the event. It was a great pleasure getting the Hudson Woods community together and we hope to do it again.
